IMPORTANT: For IM2 Employees Only – Production Update

Update: August 26, 2022  

Dear IM2 Employees, 

 

As you are aware, the IM2 facility flooded on the night of August 21st due to heavy rainfall and a storm in Brampton. The production and QA areas were impacted by standing water. Remediation efforts began immediately after and have continued throughout the week.  

Impacted areas have been cleaned and sanitized. The QA team is currently in the process of collecting swabs for testing to ensure the facility is safe for production and rule out the presence of pathogens. The results of the tests are expected to be available by Sunday, August 28th.   

Please be advised that production is currently halted. At this time, it is anticipated to resume on Monday, August 29th for the afternoon shift.  You will be contacted directly by your supervisor to confirm when you will be able to return to work.  

Office employees including HR, PD, Marketing, and Finance are expected to continue working from home unless required in the facility.  An update will be communicated when you can return to the office.
